We're Back!

It has been a while, but we are back and better than ever. Due to school commitments, I have not been able to commit any time to this endeavor, but now that I have finished up my degree, I have kicked it off again. Newfoundland and Labrador Sports Weekly is no longer being run by just me (Travis Parsons), but a new team of dedicated individuals who want to see this project through.
If everything works out, we hope to be in print by June. Until that time we will be building this website, adding new leagues, contacting advertisers, hiring reporters, and getting all of the pieces in place before we launch.
A couple of our staff members (myself included) are a part of the St. John's Fog Devils media team, and we will be covering the team, as well as the rest of the QMJHL in great detail in the fall. But until then, we will be concentrating on all of the minor leagues and local players that do their thing during the summer.
